The room was spotless and unique with new furniture, we stayed in all day.

Well-appointed and large rooms with a balcony and useful staff. A wide array of supplies in the room: central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. Their service was great. Everything perfect. Absolutely perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere. Besides, excellent for visiting Seville Museum of Fine Arts.

The rooms are large and compact, with the patio, WiFi, new furniture provided. No complains at all, we would come here again if in Seville.

Everything was perfect, amazingly helpful staff, top location very close to a very central pedestrian area, and sight-seeing bus stop. The room was a nice size and brand-new with better “ reading in bed ” options, the bed was comfortable. It had things I needed, including a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron. You guys made my stay brilliant.

The staff is kind and really kind and the atmosphere is contemporary. Glad I took queen room, it was bright and tidy.

Its location was particularly good and incredible, straight up to the last stop, and in a very bright area. We spent 3 nights in large and compact superior double room with terrace.

Compact and airy room available with a bedroom and a balcony, for example. Top and peaceful location a few steps away from Plaza de Armas.

The location was favourable in the city center. The place was extremely close to La Alacena de San Eloy, where you can have dinner. Everything was great, quiet and bright room with a balcony...

All the services were great. The room was a nice size and brand-new and the amenities included central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television.

Our stay at Un Patio Al Sur was excellent! The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff, especially Daria, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, giving us great directions and suggestions for our visit. Despite the small size of the room, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered across the street was delicious with plenty of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and superb service.

Gracious, helpful staff, recommended good local restaurant for breakfasts. Quiet location in the old quarter. Roof top patio is lovely. Scrupulously clean. Able to walk easily to the sights of Seville.

The hotel was in a great location for shopping and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. Although no hotels seemed to have coffee in the rooms during our travels this one did have coffee provided in the lobby in the mornings. The rooftop patio was nice to enjoy coffee or a drink during the day. The staff also called a cab for us on our departure which came promptly.

Our friends booked the same type of room for the same price as us yet their room was larger than ours and had a mini bar and large bathroom. Our room was adequate but the bathroom was very small with a small shower only and there was a pillar in the middle of the bathroom which made it cramped. The safe in our wardrobe was not bolted down and could actually be removed (but in hindsight we weren't too worried about locking our things up while there).

Great location on a pedestrian street, close to Triana market and Las Setas. Room with comfortable bed and ample space for luggage. Lovely terrace for relaxation. Friendly and helpful staff. Added bonus of a dog-friendly atmosphere.
